This software, which at the time of writing still exists in newer form, allows you to easily calculate and get schedules on your mortgage payments. It includes all kinds of options for "what if" scenarios allowing for monthly, quarterly, bi-monthly payments and so on.
Ours includes a registration card with a serial # of 2739.

This program was written oginally on a PC Jr in mid 1980
Although a dos base it works well on Windows 3.1, 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME, XP the only draw back is the printer has to be on LPT1
A Windows Version 10.0 was created in 2006
