Anonymous on Thursday, July 27, 2017 Still have the 3-ring binder shown at the top of this website. Too long ago to remember much about using it on my Commodore 64. How old that makes me feel!

Margie Bernard on Monday, May 28, 2012 My son gifted me with a Commodore 64 and I subsequently learned about the QuickBrownFox word processing program which I purchased. My Commodore used my black and white TV as its screen and I used casssette tape to save my writing. I then learned of a Smith-Corona Electronic Messinger typewriter which I could hook up to this system to use as a word processor. As I recall it took approximately 4 minutes to process one, 8xll double-spaced page. I took this to system to Ireland with me in 1983/4 where I wrote a social history biography: Daughter of Derry: The Story of Brigid Sheils Makowski, Pluto Press, London, 1989. Magic!
