This is an example of early educational software. The back of the box suggests that "this program is an educational tool designed to teach you the geography of the United States. The computer draws a map and you must identify the state and then its capital from the outline on the screen. The computer keeps score."
That description pretty much sums up the program. The instructions are present in the museum's copy and show a rather blocky illustration of the United States and large text questions. It is hard to imagine this program being "fun." It requires Atari Basic in order to run the program.
