CATS was an acronym for Commodore Applications and Technical Support. This 1991 developer CD was a reference guide for developers to create applications (and games) on the newly released Commodore Dynamic Total Vision (CDTV).

As this CD was produced professionally, a number of them existed but it would appear that this is a very rare find today. It is likely that it was produced in low quantities, such as 500 or at most, 1,000 copies.
